Licensed Counselor | Faith-Based & Evidence-Based Support
With a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Professional Counseling with a School Counseling Concentration and a Bachelor's in Psychology with a minor in Criminology, Abrielle brings both clinical and educational experience to her work. She is a licensed counselor who has supported adults and adolescents through anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation, and life transitions.
Her early work in hospice care gave her a deep understanding of complex emotional experiences and shaped her compassionate, client-centered approach. Today, she blends faith-based support with evidence-based counseling, meeting clients where they are—whether they seek spiritual growth, personal clarity, or emotional healing.
She draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Person-Centered Therapy, and often incorporates mindfulness techniques to support emotional awareness, focus, and stress reduction. Abrielle believes healing is always possible and is committed to helping others move forward with purpose and hope.
Please note: Abrielle is currently accepting clients who reside in Texas only, in accordance with state licensure requirements.
